    1- Please use our Contact Us page to tell us about your concerns. Upload any photos you feel are necessary. We will contact you to help resolve any problems.

    2- Contact us within 10 days to let us know if items were received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange damaged goods for the same item send us an email at frank@emandawebsales.com. Do not send items back unless we tell you.

    3- If you are within 30 days of your purchase and still want to return your order  Contact us so we can prepare our return department. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return your order no charge to you. 

       *Please keep any tracking numbers to follow up with your return.

    4- Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less the initial shipping costs not paid by the customer.

    5- Refunds - It will take a little time to see your refund credit. If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your credit card you used with your purchase, it may take some time to be posted to your account. If you still have problems seeing your refund please contact frank@emandawesales.com to solve the problem.
